Below are immediate answers to the most common questions we receive related to changing an existing order. Can I make a change to my order?

Need to make a change? We can help!

We begin creating your one-of-a-kind Imaginaroo book as soon as the order is placed, but you will have an opportunity to review the complete digital proof copy of the book before it is printed – and let us know if you need to make any changes to your order details such as editing the dedication, correcting the spelling of the recipient's name, or changing delivery details.

The book will be printed as soon as you review and approve the digital copy of the book, and no further changes can be made at that point. If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours of sending the email to notify you of the digital copy being available, we will begin printing to avoid any delays in delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to make any changes to your delivery details, you can get in touch anytime before the book is printed and we can help you out. Please provide your order number to help us locate your order details more quickly.

Can I change my shipping method?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping method after an order is placed.

What do I do if I entered my email address incorrectly?

Don't worry! If you entered your email address incorrectly, please get in touch and we can help locate your order. Please provide the following in your message:

  • Your first and last name
  • The date you placed the order
  • The recipient's name
  • The delivery address

Can I add items to my order?

We are unfortunately not able to add items to orders after they are placed, so recommend you place a new order for any additional items.

Can I cancel my order?

The Imaginaroo Guarantee gives every customer the opportunity to a review a digital proof copy of their one-of-a-kind Imaginaroo book before it is printed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the proof copy – and we can’t resolve your issue – you can cancel your order for a full refund.

Can I return my book for a refund or exchange?

The Imaginaroo Guarantee is our commitment to your satisfaction, offering the ability to review and approve every order before it is printed and shipped.

Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an email with a link to review a complete digital proof copy of your one-of-a-kind Imaginaroo book inclusive of the customized name, illustrations, and dedication. You will have up to 48 hours to review the proof. If you are not satisfied with the proof for any reason, a member of our team will connect with you; your order will be fully refunded if we are unable to address your feedback sufficiently.

If you do not provide approval or feedback within 48 hours, the product will be printed and shipped to avoid delays in receipt.

Because Imaginaroo products are personalized, one-of-a-kind products made on-demand for each individual customer, we are not able to cancel orders after approval or otherwise offer refunds except for cases of defects in the manufacturing or shipping process.

If your book is damaged in shipping, or if there is an error from production of the item, we will replace your product at no cost to you. Please email your order number and a photo of the issue to hello@imaginaroo.com and we will either send you a replacement or refund your order.

Imaginaroo is not responsible for customer-generated mistakes, errors, or defects including spelling, typographical, or grammatical errors, as well as order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to review details of your order carefully before placing and approving your order. We do not proofread for, or correct, any customer-generated mistakes.
