Below are immediate answers to the most common questions we receive related to placing an order. Can you send a book to the recipient's home directly?

Of course! During checkout, you will be asked to provide two addresses:

  1. The first one - the Delivery section - is where you want your package delivered to.
  2. The second one - in the Payment section - is for your billing address. By default, we assume this is the same as the delivery address, but if you want your package delivered elsewhere, just uncheck the box which says "Use shipping address as billing address" and enter your billing address.

Can I send books to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, no. A separate order would need to be placed for each address you’d like to send your order.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes so long as you select our standard shipping option. A residential or business address is required if you select expedited shipping.

Can I get my book gift wrapped?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping in an Imaginaroo-branded gift envelope decorated with a playful confetti design. The gift wrapping option will appear as a checkbox during checkout.

Can I add a gift note or receipt?

You can add a personalized dedication to be printed on the first page of any of our books, and there is no additional cost to do so. We do not offer the ability to send separate gift notes.

Will a receipt with the price be included in the package?

No! The only receipt we send is in your confirmation email, which will be sent directly to your email address once your order has been placed. There won't be any receipt or billing information included in the package.

Can I reorder a duplicate copy of a book from a previous order?

Looking to replace a lost book or otherwise hoping to reorder a duplicate copy of a previous order? Please get in touch and we’ll see if we can help. If you have your previous order number, please include it in your message to expedite the process.

We only retain a digital copy of each book for a short period of time, but we will happily let you reorder that version of the book if we still have a digital copy of your book. If we no longer have the original digital copy, you can reorder a new book. Please note that the illustrations are unique to every book we make, and we would encourage using the same reference photo if still available to minimize any differences between versions.

Where can I see my total cost?

The subtotal for each book will show in your shopping cart as soon as you've added each book. Your final cost - including all products, shipping, and any applicable sales tax - will be calculated after you've entered your shipping address, prior to entering any payment details.

Does Imaginaroo offer specials or promotions, and how do I find out about them?

We do! Please visit our Offers and Promotions Page to see our current offers, or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about our promotions.

Where can I enter my promo code?

When you are ready to check out, you can enter a discount code in the "Order Summary" section. This will be on the right-hand side of the page for desktop users and at the bottom of the page for mobile users below delivery and payment details.

Can I use more than one promo code?

You can only enter one discount code, so pick your favorite!

Can I use my promo code on separate orders?

Yes, as long as the discount code is eligible to be used more than once and each separate order meets the discount criteria.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

Uh oh! If your discount code isn't work, the most common reasons are:

  1. The code is expired - most common when using coupon code sites to find deals
  2. The criteria for this particular code hasn’t been met - such as a discount code on purchases of multiple products
  3. There is a typo - such as entering the letter O in place of a zero, or the number one instead of the letter I
