FAQs | Tracking an order

Below are immediate answers to the most common questions we receive related to tracking an existing order before its arrival. How do I review my order details?

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your order. This email will include a confirmation of your order and a copy of the name and dedication included on the order.

We will also send you a shipping notification as soon as your item is ready for shipping, and this will include an updated delivery estimate and tracking information, if available.

Where is my order?

If you have just placed an order, you can expect to receive an email linking to a digital proof copy of your one-of-a-kind Imaginaroo book within 24 hours.

If you've already approved your proof copy and are looking for an update on delivery status, you can view both your estimated delivery date, and your tracking details if applicable, in your shipping confirmation email and from your account.

If your order has been shipped and should have been delivered by now, and you aren’t receiving tracking updates, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Please provide your order number to help us locate your order details more quickly.

How do I track my order?

If tracking is available for your order, you can find a tracking link within your shipping confirmation email.

What should I do if my tracking isn’t working?

Tracking details will not immediately populate for new orders. A tracking number is generated when preparing an item for shipping, but updates are otherwise not provided until the mail carrier scans the package into their system, which can take up to 48 hours.

If tracking updates appear to have stalled, this may not be cause for concern unless your estimated delivery date has passed - as tracking details will fail to update if the mail carrier misses a scan along the way.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you aren’t received tracking updates, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Please provide your order number to help us locate your order details more quickly.
