Imaginaroo personalizes books to cast the recipient as the star of their story by name and through illustrations that reflect the recipient's individually identifiable likeness. You can also include a dedication to be printed on the first page of the book at no additional cost.

We are proud to enable the magical moment when a child sees their likeness in a book, and feel a responsibility to provide that moment from every book we ship. Our illustrations aim to provide an unmistakable resemblance to the reader, but are not meant to directly integrate or recreate the reference images themselves. Our favorite analogy is to think of the reader as being cast in a movie. While hairstyles or clothing may be different from what they wear to school, their classmates would be able to definitively identify them as the starring actor or actress.

Yes! We will send you a full digital proof copy of your one-of-a-kind Imaginaroo book to review before it is printed and shipped. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the proof copy – and we can’t resolve your issue – you can cancel your order for a full refund.

Every Imaginaroo book is one of-a-kind and printed on demand after your approval of the digital proof copy, which is typically sent within 24 hours of your order. Books are typically printed within 2-4 days following approval, and then shipped in accordance with the shipping type selected during checkout. You will receive specific delivery estimates during the checkout process and once the item is shipped.

The Imaginaroo Guarantee is our commitment to your satisfaction, offering the ability to review and approve every order before it is printed and shipped - and the ability to receive a full refund if you are not satisfied and we are unable to address your feedback.

Because Imaginaroo products are personalized, one-of-a-kind products made on-demand for each individual customer, we are not able to cancel orders after approval or otherwise offer refunds except for cases of defects in the manufacturing or shipping process.

The reference image you upload is solely used for the creation of your Imaginaroo product and is deleted shortly after your order has been completed. User-submitted images are NEVER used in training AI models.
